If you do not get the emails we send:

  • Check that our emails have not been sent to your junk/promotional folder;

  • Check you’ve given us the correct email address (in the "My information" tab of your user profile)

  • If you have recently changed your email address on your Birdee profile, we’ve sent you a validation email.

Make sure you have clicked on it. If you can not find this mail again, go to "My information", sub-section "My access", and request a new validation email by clicking the "Send me a new email" button.
