If you do not get the emails we send:
Check that our emails have not been sent to your junk/promotional folder;
Check you’ve given us the correct email address (in the "My information" tab of your user profile)
If you have recently changed your email address on your Birdee profile, we’ve sent you a validation email.
Make sure you have clicked on it. If you can not find this mail again, go to "My information", sub-section "My access", and request a new validation email by clicking the "Send me a new email" button.
