Your email address defines your Birdee ID. By changing it, you are also changing your login.

To change your email address, the procedure is as follows:

  1. Log into your customer area

  2. Click in your user tab, on "My information"

  3. Go to the sub-section "Access"

  4. Click on the "Edit" button next to your email address

  5. Enter your email address

  6. Click on "Send me a validation email"

  7. Enter your password to authenticate the changes

  8. Click on the "Validate" button inside the e-mail sent to you

  9. Click on the "Connect" button on the confirmation page

  10. Log in with your new email address
