If you want to change your personal information, go to your online customer space in the "My Information" tab of your user profile and click the edit button. Note that this is only possible on the web version of Birdee.
To confirm the changes, we may ask for several levels of authentication such as your password, a code sent to your mobile phone, etc. We also send you confirmations by e-mail.
